Kobe Bryant may be busy trying to get a lockdown on the NBA play-offs and successfully defend their championship but at least he’s got one less worry on his mind.

The go-to-guy of the Los Angeles Lakers has finally settled a wrongful termination lawsuit with unpaid wage claims filed against him and his wife by their former maid, Maria Jimenez.
The maid claimed that Kobe’s wife was also abusive and was called several offensive names and that she was even ordered to pull a blouse’s price tag out of a bag containing dog feces. She worked for the family seven months in 2007-2008 before she was fired.
Although Kobe and his wife countersued and claimed that the maid violated a confidentiality agreement she signed, Bryant agreed to settle and paid the Jimenez $200,000. Terms of the settlement included dropping the lawsuit and the countersuit and that the maid is legally prohibited from saying bad things about the Bryants.
